My story

Each week, St Peter's Cornerstone is open on Wednesdays as part of our Wednesday Welcome.  For this Christian Aid week we are giving all money that we raise that specific morning to help Christian Aid continue doing their excellent work in places of most need in our world.

Christian Aid is a charity that is supported by so many people and St Peter's want to contribute -  so, we will be open for all visitors to enjoy hot beverages, delicious cakes, refreshments, take a look around our beautiful 12th century church and wander the grounds which are full of wildlife and nature (tree trail available) and find some mid-week peace.  An opportunity to welcome people into the church and offer warmth, companionship, conversation and lots to enjoy.  We will be taking donations and all monies that we receive that day will go directly to Christian Aid.  If people would like to donate online, that would be appreciated too.
